为了加强科学管理，保证和提升本基地的科研学术水平，中心设立学术委员会，作为中心最高学术决策机构。聘请山西省政府发展研究中心主任张复明研究员、山西省科技厅副厅长秦作栋教授、山西省建设总规划师李锦生教授级高级规划师、山西财经大学副校长马培生教授、山西省水利厅薛凤海教授级高级工程师、山西大学上官铁梁教授、北京师范大学张金屯教授、山西省林业厅李翠平研究员等为中心学术委员会委员，张复明研究员任学术委员会主任。

 

In order to strengthen scientific management and promote the academic research  level, the center has established the academic committee as the highest academic decision-making agency, inviting Zhang Fuming the researcher and director with Development Research Center of Shanxi Provincial Government, Professor Qin Zuodong the Deputy Director General of Department of Science  and Technology of Shanxi Province, Professor Li Jinsheng the senior planner and general construction planner of Shanxi Province, Professor Ma Peisheng the vice Chancellor of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Xue Fenghai the senior engineer of professor rank with Water Resources Department of Shanxi Province，Professor Shangguan Tieliang with Shanxi University, Professor Zhang Jintun with Beijing Normal University, Li Cuiping the researcher with Forestry Department of Shanxi Province, among whom Zhang Fuming chairs the committee.
