In order to implement the Middle and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan of Shanxi, promote the quality of higher education, the guidelines for the application are published as below in the attached documents, which can be downloaded from the website of Shanxi Department of Education at http://www.sxedu.gov.cn.
The deadline for submission is 10th May, 2011. The higher education institutions shall comply with the rules and observe the deadline.
