On 10th June, 2011, Hua Linfu, the Professor and Supervisor of Doctoral Students with Renmin University visited the Scientific Development Center for Fenhe River Area, gave a lecture entitled Borderlines of China in Different Dynasties and had talks with the staff of the Center.
